What is MallaryMade?

    Howdy ya'll, my name is Mallary!  I am a current student at Johnson and Wales University and I will soon be receiving a bachelor's degree in culinary arts.  With graduation quickly approaching, I have decided to take a new route and go into sustainable agriculture.  I found a passion for regenerative farming, which in short is a farming practice that gives back to the earth and environment.  When I'm not working I love to travel, go on hikes and of course, try new foods!  

    I established MallaryMade as a way to share new recipes, techniques, and places.  The goal is to inspire and educate others on all things food, from the moment roots grasp into the dirt until you plate up your meal.
