Juice & Java Review!

Juice & Java Miami
give your taste buds what you want and your body what it needs

A few weekends ago I went to down to Miami for my college orientation at Johnson and Wales University, where I will be attending this fall.  While I was in Miami we had one free day where we went to the beach.  We also went to lunch, here at Juice and Java and dinner at Zuma.  Read my review of Zuma Miami to find out more.

We went to Hallandale beach and it was beautiful.  Here's a picture completely unrelated to this review!

Juice and Java is about 5 minutes away from this beach and is definitely great for a quick bite!  My mom, sister and I all went into the restaurant with beach attire on and they didn't have a problem with it.

The restaurant is located in a strip mall right across from many beach accesses so this is perfect for a light beach day lunch.

They were very reasonably priced, especially considering they have 100% organic and natural foods!  They have a very large menu with a huge variety, definitely something for everyone!  An overview would include breakfast, soups, some lighter snacks, wraps, salads, quinoa bowls, fruit dishes and of course fresh, made to order juices, smoothies, tea and coffee.
This is a super cute drawing in the back corner of the restaurant.
Our service was absolutely amazing!  We had a male server and I don't recall his name but he was very knowledgeable of the restaurant and the menu, and a super nice guy overall.   We were seated right away, however, they were not very busy when we got there, we went for a late lunch, about 2:30 -3 o'clock.

Moving to the Food!

Now what you're really all looking for, how was the food?

The food is definitely what they make it out to be, fresh.  Everything tasted amazing! I ordered the mozzarella caprese wrap, and added chicken.
The picture definitely does not do it justice as it tasted much better than it looked.  I got mine in a sun-dried tomato wrap, inside it had mozzarella pesto tomatoes onions, greens, and balsamic vinegar.  It was amazing and I ate every bite!  If you're looking for prices it was $11.95 and $2.95 to add chicken.

My mom ordered the smoked salmon caprese salad, she said "the smoked salmon was plentiful, the salad dressing was perfect and overall made for a light and refreshing lunch."
The salad contains fresh mozzarella, smoked salmon, tomatoes, fresh basil, olive oil and balsamic vinegar, atop a bed of organic greens. This entree was $14.95.

None of us ordered a smoothie or juice but they have a two page juice menu full of fresh flavorful options, and an entire separate juice bar.
The juice bar is located in the front of the restaurant, with bar top seating.
They also have an amazing selection of pre-made organic juices and drinks that are perfect to take on the go!

Overall I would absolutely recommend Juice & Java to anyone.  They have scrumptious food, refreshing drinks, and outstanding service!
