Blueberry Bundt Cake! This past Sunday I made a delicious buttermilk blueberry bundt cake.  It was absolutely delicious and light and fluffy as well. The buttermilk in this recipe definitely makes the cakes.  (full recipe at the bottom of the page) It was quick and super simple.  Most of the ingredients you'll already have around the house, and, its only 10 ingredients.  I suggest freezing the blueberries before hand.  It stops them from sinking, and is super convenient if you're berries are about to go bad and you want to save them!  The active time was only 20 minutes, however it does have to bake for about 40 minutes, but it's definitely worth the wait! Lemon Raspberry Cupcakes! These lemon raspberry cupcakes are a perfect summer treat.  They're sweet and tart.  The lemon cream cheese frosting makes them refreshing on a hot day.  These are great for a summer gathering or picnic! When I made these I used fresh raspberries, you can use fresh if in season, which I suggest, or you can use frozen raspberries.  If you choose to use frozen don't defrost them first, leave them frozen.  The fresh raspberries will  be softer and create a moister cupcake.    These cupcakes have a buttermilk vanilla cake mix base, you can use a favorite vanilla mix, if you have one, or use the one I have used.  The buttermilk cake mix makes for a more textured cupcake, as opposed to whole milk or a sour cream mix.   To get the complete recipe for the Raspberry Cupcakes and the Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting, click the link below!  ↓↓↓↓ Lemon Raspberry Cupcakes Recipe!
